How lovely are thy florals!

This year Christmas feels extra special to us and we wanted to do something we’ve never done; decorate our tree with flowers! We just love any chance we get to use our favorite artistic medium! 

For our floral tree we used 400 flowers! We used a lot of carnations because they are cost effect, beautiful and last forever. China mum’s also last a long time and are quite durable! And roses because, treat yoself! We also bought floral tubes (small tube vases) that you can buy on amazon they come with 100/pk. They keep the water in for the most part but angle the stems down for less water leak! 

Always do your lights first and then start putting the flowers on any way you like! We started at the bottom and worked our way up! 

Does anyone else skip the back of the tree or just us?!

Not only did it turn out beautiful it smells amazing too! You could even create this look with faux flowers and enjoy a floral tree for years to come!
